正式同意某事或给予许可。也可以表示认为某事好或可以接受。

“Approves”是动词“approve”的第三人称单数形式。多见于正式、商务或法律场合，如“approves an application”。表达个人的好恶时常用“approves of”。不能用于具体物品，表达喜欢应用“like”或“prefer”。
