用來描述規則、觀點或情況對某人或某事適用，也指某人正式申請某物（如職位）時的用法（apply 的第三人稱單數）。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
多用於正式或書面語。常用搭配：'applies to you'（適用於你）、'applies for a job'（申請工作）。不要混淆 'applies to'（適用）與 'applies for'（申請）。僅和 he/she/it 主語搭配。
