취업, 학교, 프로그램 등에 공식적으로 지원하는 사람들을 말합니다. 주로 공식적이거나 전문적인 환경에서 사용됩니다.

주로 공식적이거나 전문적인 상황(취업, 입학 등)에서 사용됩니다. 일상적인 신청에는 적합하지 않습니다. 'job applicants', 'qualified applicants' 등과 자주 함께 쓰입니다.
