"anybody" in Korean

아무나누구든지

Definition

아무 사람이나, 특히 질문이나 부정문에서 사용됩니다. 부정문에서는 '아무도'라는 뜻이 됩니다.

'아무나'와 '누구든지'는 모두 쓸 수 있으나, '아무도'는 부정문에 사용됨. 'anyone'보다 조금 더 구어적.

Is there anybody at the door?

문 앞에 **누가** 있나요?

I didn’t see anybody at the party.

파티에서 **아무도** 보지 못했어.

Can anybody help me with this?

**누구든지** 이거 도와줄 수 있나요?

I don’t think anybody knows the answer.

**아무도** 답을 아는 것 같지 않아.
