여러 사람에게 중요한 내용을 공식적으로 알릴 때 사용하는 글이나 말입니다. 말로 하거나 글로 쓸 수 있습니다.

주로 공공장소나 공식적인 상황(학교, 공항, 행사 등)에서 씁니다. 사적인 대화에는 사용하지 않습니다. '공지하다', '중요한 공지사항'과 같이 활용됩니다.
