अधिकतर औपचारिक स्थितियों (स्कूल, हवाई अड्डा, आयोजन) में प्रयोग होता है। सार्वजनिक या समूह सूचना के लिए उपयुक्त, निजी बातचीत के लिए नहीं। प्रचलित संयोजन: 'घोषणा करना', 'महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएँ'।
