Definition

'নোঙর' হচ্ছে ভারী বস্তু যা নৌকা বা জাহাজকে জায়গায় স্থির রাখতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'উপস্থাপক (সংবাদ)' মানে টিভি বা রেডিওতে খবর পড়েন এমন ব্যক্তি।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

নৌকা বা জাহাজের জন্য 'নোঙর', আর টিভি বা রেডিওর খবরের জন্য 'উপস্থাপক' বা 'সংবাদ উপস্থাপক' ব্যবহার করুন। US-এ 'news anchor', UK-এ কখনও 'newsreader' বলা হয়।
