アナリストは、特にビジネスや金融、スポーツ分野で、情報を詳しく調べて分析する職業の人です。

主に「金融アナリスト」「マーケットアナリスト」「データアナリスト」などで使われます。「エキスパート」よりもフォーマル。「コメンテーター」とは異なり、意見ではなく分析が中心です。ニュースでよく登場します。
