從某學校、學院或大學畢業的人。「alumnus」或「alumna」的複數形式，現在泛指所有畢業生。

「alumni」僅作複數用，正式或學術場合常見，單數為「alumnus」（男性）、「alumna」（女性）；口語中也可用「alum」指任意畢業生。常見搭配：「alumni association」（校友會）。
