表示某事在時間上晚於另一事，或表示某物在另一物之後的位置。可以指隨後的事件或空間位置上的後面。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
在正式和非正式英語中都很常用。常與時間表達搭配使用（如"after school"，"after dinner"），表示事件先後順序（如"after the meeting"）。容易與“later”混淆，後者對順序描述不夠具體。作為介詞、連詞和副詞使用。
