做某事或以某種方式表現；也指作為演員表演。作為名詞，可以指所做的事、戲劇中的一幕或法律條文。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
“Act” 既可作動詞（行動、扮演），也可作名詞（行為、法案、劇本一幕）。常見詞組有“act on advice”（依建議行動）、“act out”（表現、鬧脾氣）、“an act of kindness”（善舉）。在戲劇中“一幕”叫“act”。
