抽象的要旨 (学術)

Definition

形容詞としての『抽象的』は、具体的・物理的ではない、イメージしにくい考えや概念を表します。名詞としては、特に学術論文の要旨（サマリー）を意味します。

形容詞としては『抽象芸術』などで、名詞では学術論文の『要旨』として使われます。名詞の場合はかなりフォーマル。'extract'（抽出する、取り出す）や広義の『summary』と混同しないよう注意。

This painting is very abstract.

この絵はとても**抽象的**です。
