Definition

船や飛行機、電車、バスなどの乗り物に「乗る」「乗っている」という意味です。転じて、グループやプロジェクトに加わる意味でも使われます。

主に乗り物に関する表現で使われ、『go aboard』『welcome aboard』など決まったフレーズが多いです。『bring someone aboard』は、人をチームに加える意味でも使われます。
