黄変症とは、主に組織や植物、動物・人間の病気の症状のひとつとして現れる、組織が黄色く変色する状態を指します。

「黄変症」は主に医療や生物、植物学の分野で使われる専門用語です。日常会話ではほとんど使いません。「黄疸」とは異なる現象に用いられます。
