لِعَصر أو لوي شيء (عادة قطعة قماش مبللة) لإخراج أكبر كمية ممكنة من السائل.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

غالباً تُستخدم مع القماش المبتل (مثل المناشف أو الملابس)، ويمكن استخدامها مجازياً ('wring out every drop of information'). غالبًا يليها مفعول به: 'wring out the towel'. لا تخلط بينها وبين 'ring out'.
