紙や布などで物を包んだり、体に巻き付けたりすること。撮影や録音の終了を指す場合もあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「プレゼントを包む」「ブランケットを体に巻く」などで使われる。「That's a wrap」は撮影終了の意味。「ラップ（ラップミュージック）」とは異なるので注意。
