이 표현은 공식적인 편지나 보고서 등에서 특정 주제나 사안에 대해 언급할 때 사용됩니다. 주로 업무나 학술적 글에서 쓰입니다.

아주 격식 있는 문맥에서만 사용됩니다. "regarding", "concerning"처럼 시작에 위치하지만, 더 공식적입니다. 구어에는 적합하지 않습니다.
