জানালার ফ্রেমে বসানো প্রতিটি স্বতন্ত্র কাঁচের টুকরো। সাধারণত জানালায় একাধিক কাঁচ থাকে।

এটি ‘জানালা’ (গোটা খোলা অংশ) নয়, বরং কেবল কাঁচের শিটগুলিকে বোঝায়। বাড়ি বা ভবন বর্ণনায় বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়।
