Definition

বাইরে চলে আসা বাতাস, যেটা আমরা অনুভব করতে পারি। এটা হালকা বা ঝড়ো হতে পারে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'wind' সাধারণত গণনাত্মক নয়: 'The wind is strong.' বলার সময় যেন ঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করেন। 'strong wind', 'cold wind', 'the wind is blowing' মতো শব্দগুচ্ছ সাধারণ। 'wind' (হাওয়া) শব্দটি, ঘুরানো অর্থে ব্যবহৃত 'wind' (উচ্চারণ: /waɪnd/) থেকে আলাদা।
