通常指由金屬製成的重物，用於鍛煉和力量訓練。也可以指用於測量或平衡重量的物體。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常用於指健身器材（啞鈴、槓鈴），多數情況下用複數，比如“舉啞鈴”。亦可指實驗室裡的砝碼。不要與表示體重的“weight”混淆。
