通常指由金属制成的重物，用于锻炼和力量训练。也可以指用于测量或平衡重量的物体。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

常用于指健身器材（哑铃、杠铃），多以复数出现，如“举哑铃”。亦可指实验室里的砝码。不等同于表示体重的“weight”。
