把不需要的雜草從花園、院子或田地裡除掉。是“weed”的一般過去式。

主要用於園藝或農業，僅指移除雜草的動作，與大麻或隱喻用法無關。常見搭配如“weeded the garden”。不要與“weeded out”這種比喻用法混淆。
