主動提出做某事，尤其是在沒有人要求或未獲報酬的情況下，通常是為了幫助他人或參與活動。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

通常是指無償活動和社區服務。常與事件、任務或慈善活動連用。可以正式也可以口語。不要和名詞“volunteer”混淆。“volunteer to”常接動詞。
