Daha önce donmuş olan bir şeyin çözülüp normal haline dönmesiyle oluşan durumdur. Genellikle yiyecekler için kullanılır.

Çoğunlukla 'unfrozen meat', 'unfrozen water' gibi yiyecekler için geçerlidir. Bazen erişimin açılması veya tekrar aktif olması anlamında mecazen de kullanılır.
