『おなか』は、子どもや親しみを込めてお腹（腹部）を指すかわいらしい表現です。主に子ども同士や大人が子どもに使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

とてもカジュアルな表現で、大人同士や公式の場では使いません。よく『tummy ache（おなかが痛い）』のように使われます。
