Dar a alguém a responsabilidade de algo importante ou valioso porque acreditas que essa pessoa cuidará bem disso. Muitas vezes usado para confiar um segredo, uma tarefa ou um objeto a alguém.

'Trust with' é sempre seguido do que está a confiar à pessoa ('I trust you with my secret'). Pode referir-se a objetos, responsabilidades ou informações. Não confundir com só 'trust' (acreditar em alguém). Usado em contextos formais e informais.
