俳優やダンサーなどの、共に仕事をして旅をする集団を指します。特に劇場やライブショーで使われます。

主に劇団やダンスグループ、サーカスなどに使い、バンドやスポーツチームには使いません。'ダンス一座'や'劇団'のように使います。
