एक सपाट, पतली गोल रोटी जो आमतौर पर मकई या गेहूं से बनती है और मैक्सिकन तथा स्पैनिश खानपान में बहुत लोकप्रिय है। मैक्सिको में यह मुख्य भोजन है, स्पेन में 'टॉर्टिला' आमलेट (अंडा, आलू आदि) भी हो सकता है।

अमेरिकन इंग्लिश में 'tortilla' से आमतौर पर मेक्सिकन रोटी मतलब लिया जाता है। स्पेन में यह 'स्पैनिश टॉर्टिला' (आलू-ऑमलेट) भी हो सकता है। प्रचलित शब्द: 'tortilla chips', 'corn tortilla', 'flour tortilla'। 'Omelet' से न मिलाएँ जब तक संदर्भ स्पेनिश न हो।
