Definition

دو جگہوں یا سمتوں کے درمیان بار بار اِدھر اُدھر یا آگے پیچھے حرکت کرنا۔

یہ ترکیب عام بول چال میں کم اور ادبی یا باوقار انداز میں زیادہ استعمال ہوتی ہے۔ واپس آگے پیچھے حرکت کا اظہار ہے۔
