Definition
「ティップル」とは、少量楽しむお酒やアルコール飲料を指します。動詞では、たしなむ程度にお酒を飲むことも意味します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
やや古風でイギリス英語で使われやすい単語です。「my favorite tipple」のようにお気に入りのお酒を指すときに使います。深酒や大量に飲む場合には使いません。
