খুব পাতলা এবং সুতো বা সুতোর মতো; দুর্বল বা স্পষ্ট নয়, বিশেষ করে নাড়ি বা কোনো শব্দ যদি খুব কম শোনা যায়।

প্রধানত চিকিৎসায় বা বর্ণনামূলক লেখায় ব্যবহার হয়, যেমন 'thready pulse' মানে দুর্বল এবং বোঝা কঠিন নাড়ি। দৈনন্দিন কথাবার্তায় খুব কম ব্যবহৃত।
