어떤 일을 하기 전에 부정적인 결과나 위험을 고려해 신중하게 결정하는 것.

'I would think twice about...'처럼 중요한 결정을 주로 언급할 때 사용한다. 사소한 일에는 잘 쓰지 않는다. 조언이나 경고의 뉘앙스가 있다.
