がっかりするような状況や期待外れの出来事が何度も同じように繰り返されることを表す言い方です。ため息交じりで使われます。

カジュアルでやや否定的な響き。愚痴や諦めの気持ちを共有したい時によく使います。「またか」「いつも通りだ」とも表現できます。
