精巣

Definition

男性の体内にある2つの卵形の器官で、精子やホルモン（テストステロンなど）を作り出す役割がある。

「精巣」は医学的または専門的な場面で使います。日常会話では「睾丸」や俗語が使われることもあります。常に複数形を使います。単数は「精巣」もしくは「精巣一つ」と表現します。
