Definition

ティーザーは、何かがもうすぐ公開されることに興味や好奇心を引き起こすための短い映像や情報です。また、冗談を言って人をからかうのが好きな人にも使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「movie teaser」「teaser trailer」のように使う。人を表す場合は、軽い冗談を言う意味があり、意地悪ではない。「tease」とは違うので注意。
