「大さじ」は料理で使われる容積の単位で、約15ミリリットルに相当します。主にレシピで材料の量を示す時に使います。

「大さじ」は「tbsp.」「T」とも表記されることがあります。「小さじ」（teaspoon）と間違えないようにしましょう。主に書かれたレシピで使われます。

Examples

Add 2 tbs of sugar to the bowl.

ボウルに砂糖を**大さじ**2入れてください。

Stir in 1 tbs of olive oil.

オリーブオイルを**大さじ**1加えて混ぜてください。

The recipe says to use 3 tbs of flour.
