Definition

‘সবচেয়ে লম্বা’ অর্থ এমন কেউ বা কিছু, যার উচ্চতা অন্য সকলের তুলনায় সবচেয়ে বেশি। সাধারণত অনেকের মধ্যে কার উচ্চতা সবচেয়ে বেশি বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

‘সবচেয়ে লম্বা’ কেবলমাত্র তিন বা ততোধিক ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর মধ্যে তুলনা করতে ব্যবহার হয়। যেমন, 'the tallest building', 'the tallest person in the class' ইত্যাদি। ‘taller’ (তুলনায় লম্বা) এর সাথে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
