天板とは、テーブルの平らな上面のことです。また、「テーブルトップゲーム」など、テーブルに置いて使う小型のものを指す場合もあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に名詞で使われますが、「tabletopゲーム」のように形容詞としても使われます。「テーブルクロス（tablecloth）」とは意味が違います。
