大さじは、盛り付けや食事に使う大きめのスプーン、または調理で使われる約15mlの標準的な計量単位です。

'大さじ'は料理で約15mlの計量を指し、省略して「大」と書かれることもあります。小さじ（teaspoon）と混同しないように注意しましょう。また、単に大きいスプーンを指す場合もあります。
