「Surfs」是“surf”的第三人稱單數現在式。可以指在海上衝浪，也可指隨意瀏覽網際網路。

既可指運動上的衝浪，也可指上網瀏覽。「Surfs the web」現在已不如「browses」常用。主詞必須是 he/she/it。
