다른 사람이 일을 올바르게 하도록 지켜보고 지도하는 것.

주로 직장이나 학교 등 공식적인 상황에서 사용합니다. 직접 참여하기보단 지켜보고 지도할 때 쓰는 용어입니다. 'manage'나 'monitor'와 의미가 다릅니다.
