議論や手続きを省いて、すぐに何かを行うこと。特に決定や処罰を、通常の手順を踏まずに素早く行う場合に使う。

法律や公的なシーンでよく使われる。'summarily dismissed'は即座に解雇されること。'summary'（要約）と混同しないよう注意。
