Apagar un cigarrillo u objeto similar presionando el extremo encendido contra una superficie hasta que deje de arder.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa casi siempre con cigarrillos y es informal, pero no es jerga. Normalmente se dice 'stub out a cigarette'. No se usa para apagar velas o fuegos grandes.
