소, 양, 돼지와 같은 가축을 판매, 운송 또는 도살 전에 임시로 보관하는 넓은 울타리나 시설입니다.

주로 미국 등에서 대규모로 많은 가축을 관리할 때 사용하는 말입니다. 작은 농장에는 거의 쓰이지 않고, 도축장이나 시장과 연결된 곳을 가리키기도 합니다.
