Definition

馬鐙是馬鞍兩側各有一個用來支撐騎士腳的扁環。有時這個詞也指其他相似的支撐裝置，如醫療檢查時用的支架。

多用於騎馬領域，也可能在醫學上（如婦科檢查腿架）。通常成對出現（一隻腳一個）。勿與“stir up”（攪拌、激起）混淆。
