Misturar uma substância em outra, geralmente usando uma colher ou utensílio para combinar os dois.

Usado principalmente em contextos culinários, para acrescentar um ingrediente a uma mistura ('stir into a sopa'). Requer especificar o que está sendo adicionado e onde. Não confundir com apenas 'stir', que significa só mexer.
