Definition

苦しいことや大変なことを最後まであきらめずに続けること。途中で投げ出さないこと。

主に仕事や学校などつらい状況で使われるカジュアルな表現。物理的な「くっつける」意味はない。「just stick it out」は「とにかく我慢しよう」というニュアンス。

I know this job is tough, but you can stick it out.

この仕事が大変なのは分かってるけど、あなたなら**やり抜ける**よ。
