Definition

“停滞的”指停止移动或进展，可以指物理上的停止（如汽车熄火），也可以指事情进展受阻（如项目无法推进）。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

常指车辆熄火，也常指事情陷入停滞，无法进展。多用于被动语态。不用于有意识主动停下的场合，用“stopped”。
