Definition
হাঁটু ভাঁজ করে মাটির কাছাকাছি বসা বা অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো জায়গা দখল করে বসবাস করা।

‘Squatting’ শরীরের ভঙ্গিতে (‘squatting down’) এবং অবৈধ দখল অর্থে (‘squatting in a house’) ব্যবহৃত হয়। ফিটনেসে এটি একটি ব্যায়ামও বোঝাতে পারে।
