幽霊や霊のこと。また、恐れや不安を引き起こす存在や状況にも使われます。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
『幽霊』は物語や文学、正式な文に多いです。『不安』や『恐怖』を意味する場合は比喩的に使われます。日常会話ではあまり頻繁に使われません。
